Numbing cream goes on first, and most filler already contains lidocaine, so the visit is far more comfortable than people expect. Kat builds your result gradually and stops at “natural” — if you want more, you add it at the follow-up rather than guessing on day one. Expect some swelling for a few days; your true result shows at about two weeks, exactly when your included follow-up happens. And because the filler is reversible, you’re never stuck.
